I’ve spent on a lot nights in hotels, and this is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

They knew my name when arrived at the entrance. Do they scout guests on Instagram before arrival or something.

I’d make this a feature on a family Chicago trip. They have a kids play floor that just guests can use.
